What we collect today
We do not collect personal information. There are no accounts, no sign-in, and no forms that ask for your name, email, or any identifying detail. The only form on the site — the school pilot request — is adult-directed and asks for a contact email so we can reply.
What is stored on your device
Game progress and your settings (like text size or reduced motion) are saved in your browser's localStorage on your own device. This data never leaves your device. You can clear it at any time using the Reset my data control in any game.
Analytics
We use cookieless, aggregate analytics. This means we can see how many people visited a page, but we cannot identify who they are. No cookies are set. No personal data is collected or shared.
What is not here yet
Accounts, payments, and any feature that involves personal data do not exist today. Before any of those launch, this policy will be rewritten and formally reviewed by a qualified attorney to ensure full compliance with COPPA and other applicable privacy laws.
