Who can use the site
The site is available to anyone with a modern browser. There are no accounts, so there is no age gate or registration. Learners under 13 should use the site with an adult's awareness and involvement, but because we collect no personal information, no parental consent mechanism is needed at this stage.
What you can do
You can browse the site, play the free games, and use the settings and controls provided. You can share links to pages and games. You can request a school pilot by email.
What you cannot do
You cannot modify, redistribute, or resell the content or games. You cannot attempt to access systems or data that are not intentionally exposed to you. The games and content are owned by Daphne Donald and are not licensed for reuse unless stated.
No accounts, no payments
There are no accounts, no paid products, and no transactions on the site today. When accounts and paid products arrive in a later phase, these terms will be updated and formally reviewed by counsel before they take effect.
Game data
Game progress and settings are stored on your device only. We do not have access to them, cannot recover them, and are not responsible for data lost when you clear your browser storage. The Reset my data control lets you clear this data at any time.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Before any accounts or paid products launch, the terms will undergo formal legal review.
